DDA Quality Assurance and the Regional Nurses periodically monitor service delivery. This is a required service for HRST Level of 3 or higher, and where our staff administer medications or any healthcare treatments. Nursing Supports services include Nursing Consultation; Nursing Case Management and Delegation; and Health Case Management.
